Are you a telemarketing company or call-center?
No, we DO NOT classify ourselves as a telemarketing company OR call center, and here's why:
- We are conducting business with other BUSINESSES, who need our services
- We are an established business, known to the businesses we contact
- We have forged relationships with the majority of our clients (advertisers)
- We are not calling people during their personal time
- We are well-established in our industry, and have a exemplary reputation
- We are known for our good ethics
Do we conduct the majority of our business via telephone and email? Yes, of course we do–out of necessity, because our client base is national. (Too far to drive!) We do get the opportunity to meet several of our clients in person throughout the year at the various trade shows we attend.
